Shipping Policy

VyLove ("we" and "us") is the operator of (https://therdessertsphomra.wixsite.com/vylovedessert) ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the shipping terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

1. General
Subject to stock availability. There may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the order.

3. Terms & Conditions

3.1 Transit Time Domestically (Malaysia)

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 – 5 business days.

3.2 Transit time Internationally
Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 3 - 15 days depending on the destinations. This varies greatly depending on the courier service. We take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

3.3 Change Of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address before the order has been arranged for shipment or dispatched.

3.4 P.O. Box Shipping
LeFonso do not ship to P.O. box addresses.

3.5 Military Address Shipping
We are unable to ship to military addresses.

3.6 Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.

3.7 Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation

3.8 Tracking Notifications
When your order status moves to Shipped, customers will receive a tracking link on their order page from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

4. Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid by the purchaser (your kind self) upon arrival in the destination country. This varies from country to country and is often undefined! We encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order.
Note: There will be no recalls or refunds for abandoned shipments

5. Cancellations
We do not accept cancellation once an order is in the production stage.

Standard Return Policy

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased online from VyLove:

  • You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

  • Only items that have been purchased directly from VyLove, either online or at an VyLove Store, can be returned to VyLove. VyLove products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.

  • Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with all the tags and documentation that were included when you received it.

Bring your item to an VyLove Store

You can always return the item to any Malaysia VyLove Store. An VyLove Specialist will assist you with your return. Your refund will be processed at that time. To locate an VyLove Store in your area, please refer to the VyLove Retail Store Locator. Please contact your Business Team to initiate a return for orders shipped directly to your business.

Refund

Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. If you canceled a pickup item, and you were billed for it, we initiate your refund immediately after you submit your cancellation request. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:

  • If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

 

Exchange an item

If you purchased your item from VyLove in the Malaysia, you can take it to any Malaysia VyLove store for an exchange. Item exchanges are, of course, subject to in-store product availability. It's a good idea to check if a product is in stock by visiting vylove.com and then seeing if it's available for pickup at a store nearby.
